For the purpose of the end of term original song recordings, do you give consent for the sound of your child's voice or instrument to be recorded and digitally sent to all parents of their group?

SMASH HIT lessons are priced at £9.25 a week. You will be billed by invoice every half term and do not pay in any school holidays. Please make sure your email address is correct as that will be used for billing and confirmation.
